Born in the city of Buenos Aires. Teacher.
She began to venture into the world of photography at the age of 15.
In 1993 she began her photography studies in Bellas Artes de Lomas de Zamora, Escuela de Arte fotográfico de Avellaneda, Centro Cultural R. Rojas de Cap. Federal. Then she enriched her work by taking courses and workshops on lighting, scenery, scenography, stage design, make-up and characterization.
She is the owner of Rox Boyer Estudio.
She was the director of courses, seminars and workshops at Estudio Boyer Sabatini, Fine Art and currently at Rox Boyer Estudio.
She was coordinator of the Art-photo department at Global Art Group.
Jury and jury president in national and international photographic competitions.
She gives workshops and seminars in different cities of Uruguay.
Teacher of the course "Basic analogue and digital photography workshop" at the Claudio L. Sempere Museum.
Since 2010 he has held various photographic exhibitions.
The prize of the Photographic Salon of the Claudio L. Sempere Museum bears her name.
Photographer of the Hugo Awards for Musical Theatre in Buenos Aires.

In 2019 she presented the book "Congo, en el nombre de la Paz", by Carlos Froster, in the Salón de los Pasos Perdidos of the Uruguayan Parliament, sponsored by the UN and the National Government.
Since February 2020 she is an artist of Angular VR Art Gallery in Paris, France.
Sponsored by this gallery, she started to exhibit physically in crypto-art in galleries in Paris and Rome. Many of her works already exhibited around the world are registered with Blockchain.
She was awarded prizes in different countries: Argentina, Uruguay, Holland, Mexico, Spain, France, etc. And published in websites, CD covers, video-art, books and magazines in America and Europe.
