Soledad Marchese, Professor of Literature and History and Coordinator of workshops for adults, teenagers and children: theatre, writing, oral narration and voice-over.
I started my path in art through the study of Art Therapy. From this milestone I finished my studies in Decorative Painting and related techniques.
At present I participate in the Essentialism Workshop, with the help of the Masters Helena Distéfano and Heriberto Zorrilla, who opened the doors to the world of passion for colour and feeling.
In the same way, the School of Watercolour and Drawing Tanta Tinta, with the help of Ale Moreno y Moreno, an artist of colour and form, made it possible for me to delve into the language of water.
Portraiture is one of my passions... it represents another person who becomes us, with its colours, its symbols, its gestures. The portrait reflects emotions, frustrations, dreams, hopes... In each portrait, I portray myself. In each work, I live and vibrate...
In each work, feelings turn in on themselves,
creates intimate spaces, protects the expressiveness, postpones the concept,
inhibits categories; nothing that happens with it is sterile,
it illuminates decisions, fertilises shadows, opens paths.
