Born in Punta Arenas, Chile.

Her passion for the fine arts emerged as a child drawing, painting and making all kinds of crafts, travel and studies aroused her interest in museums and so she developed a diverse view of the world that leads her to create from different points of view painting in abstract, figurative and mixed media, using enamel, acrylic, watercolour, fabric, embroidery and wood, integrating techniques and processes to show that the apparent differences do manage to create a WHOLE.

Plastic artist graduated from the University of Chile in 1990 with postgraduate studies in Valladolid, Spain, where she obtained a Master's degree in Museology in 2005.She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Fundación Proyecto Huerto since 2012. 

In 2009 she obtained the International Diploma in Complex Thinking, Multiversidad Mundo Real Edgar Morín, and a certificate in Aesthetic Education in 2014, internationally accredited by the MOA CHILE Training Centre, Mokichi Okada Foundation, an institution that promotes the education of feelings through beauty. 

Between 2015 and 2018 she was a member of  MuArt - Association of Women Artists of the Metropolitan Region, Chile. She was associated to the National Society of Fine Arts the years 2002 - 2005. 

Between the years 1990 - 1996 she worked in the Restoration Laboratory Ramón Campos Larenas and in the Restoration Laboratory Estudio lo Curro in the area of easel painting and as a collaborator in the area of appraisals of works of art. He worked for 23 years in the Chilean Army in the positions of curator and curator in charge of the remodelling of the Museo Histórico y Armas del Morro de Arica in the years 1994 - 1995, creation and enhancement of the Museo Histórico y Militar de Chile in the years 1994 - 1997, creation and enhancement of the Museo Histórico y Costumbrista San José del Carmen de El Huique in the years 1994 to 2015. In addition to creating the Department of Maintenance and Conservation of the Historical and Military Heritage of Chile in 1994.
