He was born in Lima in 1963.
In 1986 he entered the National Superior Autonomous School of Fine Arts of Peru-ENSABAP, to study drawing and painting, while continuing civil engineering studies at the National University of Engineering-UNI.
Both careers involve very particular endeavors and probably present the future artist with different perspectives on life. Between the demands of engineering studies and the vital commitment to art, in the midst of a complex decision Acevedo opts for the exercise of the plastic arts, where he finds his true vocation and personal satisfaction.
He currently lives in the city of Lima- Peru.
