Diana Zdravkova Dimitrova - Rivera / Dezir
Born on 28.08.1982 in the city of Dupnica.
In 2003 she graduated in Fine Arts Pedagogy and Work and Technique at the Higher Pedagogical School "St. Ivan Rilsky". Graduated from St. John Rila Technical University in Sofia. He graduated from the University of Arts, a branch of Sofia University. In the same year he continued his studies at the Technical University of Plovdiv. In the same year he studied Engineering Design at Sofia University.
2012 was a turning point in Diana's life. She met again with her brushes and canvases, this time realising that this is her vocation and the path she wants to follow. She gave it a name: "The Road to Myself". Dezir is a creative pseudonym meaning desire. A desire to colour everything he touches. A desire to inspire, to make people smile and to create a more beautiful and better world.
Diana Dezir works mainly in the field of painting, but she is a seeker and experimenter.
Conventional and dogmatic theories do not satisfy her and she starts to search for herself beyond any norm. Today, in response to her inner impulses, she has developed a signature of her own that provokes or captivates, but never leaves the public indifferent. There are no grooves in which to inscribe her creative charge. He is inspired by life and love in all its dimensions. Love is the most important thing
For me painting is magic, flight, love. I sit in front of the canvas and immerse myself in a music of silence. The creative process is a dance of love. It can be calm, peaceful, romantic ... or wild, passionate, dynamic. Creating a painting is a mystical and profound experience in which words do not find the power to express what is happening.
I am expressive, emotional and charged. I recreate and revise my vision of the inner world in material form, and the result is this: a palette of colours, emotions and harmony in constant movement.
I am Diana Dezir, artist by vocation and by heart.
